International: We ship to Canada and select destinations. Delivery 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Environ products are packaged to preserve the integrity of active ingredients. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life: Most Environ products have a shelf life of 12–24 months unopened, and 6–12 months after opening. Check the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on your product for specific guidance.

Our packaging is designed to minimise waste. Where possible, we use recyclable materials.

Environ products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our expert team can help you find the right products for your specific concerns.

How long will it take to see results?
Most clients notice visible improvements within 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Vitamin A products work progressively — results build over time.

Can I use Environ products if I'm pregnant?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using vitamin A (retinol) products during pregnancy. Please contact us for guidance on pregnancy-safe alternatives.
