Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unopened and in original condition
- Accompanied by your order number
Hygiene Disclaimer: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Damaged or defective items: Email hello@celticspaskincare.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Wrong item shipped: Contact us within 7 days for a free exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping method and include your order number inside the package.
Refund Processing
