Celtic Spa Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at celticspa22@gmail.com or call 617-777-0026 and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
