Celtic Spa Skincare Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.

Domestic Shipping (United States): Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location at 168 Industrial Dr, Mashpee, MA 02649.

International Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@celticspaskincare.com or call 617-777-0026, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
